Question 1

How much does a basement cost?

Accepted Answer

A Kave Builders basement development starts at $39,900, and a legal secondary suite starts at $54,900. Your final investment depends on basement size, layout, finish selections, and project scope. After your free consultation you get a clear, detailed quote.

Question 2

Do you handle permits for legal suites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take care of the permits and inspections, so your suite is done properly from day one.

Question 3

Is the consultation really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We come see your space, talk through how you want to use it and explain what's possible. No cost, no pressure.

Question 4

Who will we actually work with?

Accepted Answer

The two of us. One leads the design, the other leads the build. You won't be handed off to a salesperson or a project manager.

Question 5

Is there a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project is backed by a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty and a 5-Year Structural & Installation Warranty, with manufacturer warranties passed directly to you and Lifetime Kave Support whenever a question comes up.

Question 6

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere and Cochrane. Not sure you're in range? Call or text and we'll tell you straight.
